Mentee Requirements:
- Responsible for facilitating and creating agendas for all meeting.
- Should have detailed goals mapped out and what they want to achieve through this program.
- Schedule and create meeting frequency, meeting technique (phone, Skype), and meeting length.
- Please do not ask for a job or OSJ supervisor relocation during or after the mentoring period occurs.
- Please be professional, courteous, and gracious.
- We ask that you uphold and demonstrate Cambridge’s core values of integrity, commitment, flexibility, and kindness.
- Should fill out the Goals Sheet to set professional goals.
- May only have one mentor at any given time.
Mentor Requirements:
- Mentors should serve in a supportive and nurturing role, encouraging their mentees to grow and flourish
