Synergy Exchange Confidentiality Agreement

This is a company sponsored program. All participants should be aware of the following guidelines.

All detailed conversations between mentor and mentee will be assumed to be private, with the exception of items regarding meaningful infraction of Cambridge policy or unlawful activity. 

In order for Cambridge to measure success and continue to improve this valuable program, “high-level general impression” conversations may occur with the Leadership Team, which your mentor will share with you.

If, for any reason you have concerns regarding the mentor relationship and you prefer not to discuss with your mentor, please take your concerns to the Practice Management Team (practicemanagement@cir2.com) for discussion.

Mentor and/or mentee may discontinue the relationship at any time without harm to either’s career or respect at Cambridge. In the spirit of the overall program; however, it is suggested that conversation first take place between mentor and mentee prior to discontinuance.
