John Moore Associates
Brian joined John Moore Associates as a Financial Planner in 2013 after seven years of working with a national firm. He became a shareholder in 2016 and President in 2020. He has served on various boards, including NCF Southwest and True North Financial Ministries, which merged with MoneyWise/Kingdom Advisors in 2021. Brian attributes his faith to his wife of 15 years, Emily, and his patience to his lifelong favorite team, the Portland Trailblazers.
After serving as a weapons and tactics officer for the first operational A-10 squadron in the U.S. Air Force, John decided to pursue a career in financial services. In 1997 he founded John Moore Associates, an independent asset management and consulting firm. John serves as Chairman of the Board for the Southwest affiliate of the National Christian Foundation. He recently completed the course of study for Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and maintains the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation. John is a Certified Kingdom Advisor® and has served as a community leader for Kingdom Advisors Study Groups in New Mexico and Arizona.
